How do I operate the NEOLOG online shop?
Via the main menu “COLLECTION” in the upper left corner of the center of the main site and by using the horizontal picture bar, you can easily choose and select our different models. After you have clicked on one of the photos, it will appear in a separate enhanced frame. On the right side of this frame you will find further information, such product, design details and technical data. With a click on one of the thumbnails, you will receive additional pictures of the watch from a different angle or perspective.
Click on “PUT IN SHOPPING CART “if you feel like buying a particular item. Without any obligation, the wrist watch will then be placed in a virtual shopping basket, just like you know it form your local supermarket. After that, yet another frame appears in which you can change respectively increase the number of items you wish to order. In this case, simply reset the number of watches you would like to order and make sure to click the button “UPDATE” after that.
After you have placed an item into the shopping cart, you can continue shopping for other wrist watches with a click on “COLLECTION” or you can obligatory finish your order by clicking the button “CASH REGISTER” to finalize you purchase. If you have placed an item in the shopping basket by accident, you can easily remove it by marking the check box “REMOVE FROM SHOPPING CART”. However, please make sure to click the button “UPDATE” after that.

Are my orders save and secure with neolog.de?

How can I pay?
All of our payment arrangements are very straightforward and provide a high level on safety and comfort with your order. In addition, you can choose from a variety of different payment methods:
